Introduction

Everyone is familiar with the very-versatile Saint Nikodemus of the Holy Mount Athos. Who amongst us is unaware of his book Spiritual Exercises which was inscribed by this enlightened Saint. Who became a monk and has not studied the Invisible Warfare? Which spiritual father did not intrigue from the Pidalion the book which contains the canons of the Holy Apostles, Ecumenical Synods, and the Saints of
Orthodoxy along with the work of the Exomologitarion known as the book of confession? It’s not easy to find a spiritual person who has not studied the book Imprisonment of the Five Senses, or the writings of Counseling References. Furthermore, within the theological circle he is known for the interpretation of the Letters of the Apostle Paul and the Seven Catholics, as well as many other spiritual works. As stated earlier, too many confessors as well as spiritual fathers he is known for the confessor’s book by the name of Exomologitarion. In the ending of this particular book, there are the acclaimed words of repentance in which we are presenting in the Modern Greek language. We believe this piece of writing could be beneficial towards one’s spiritual life along with the results it could bring. It proves to individuals which is the meaning of true repentance and its outcome for one’s salvation. Last but not least, it shows the points of true forgiveness in which we need to aquire for our sins which will lead us to be forgiven from our Lord. At this point, it should be noted that once reading this book and sincerly comprehending its authentic meaning and value as well as what is accepted from us, one should feel the shivers going right through them.
